This works well for low carb diets - high protein, however low fat content so may need to be supplemented with something else if the intent is to use it as part of a keto diet. Uses erythritol as a sugar substitute, which can sometimes cause some indigestion until you get used to it, or in high quantities. A good go-to option to have around!

Oatmeal Gold Carob Protein Bars...best bars on planet Earth! So filling and delicious. I recommend keeping them in your freezer for freshness as they can spoil quickly with no preservatives and egg whites in the mix. Can eat them from frozen as they don't go hard...taste even better then!

Flourish have some delicious pancakes, enriched with protein. Great when they are on sale!
