WINTER SHIPPING POLICY
During the winter season, we cannot be held responsible for cold-related damages, such as freezing (e.g., beverages). Cold-damaged items are not covered by our Vikings Protection policy. We recommend considering your local weather conditions before ordering, especially for items sensitive to low temperatures.
SUMMER SHIPPING POLICY
In the summer, we are unable to cover items melted by heat (e.g., protein bars). Heat-affected items are also excluded from our Vikings Protection policy. We advise checking the weather before ordering items that are sensitive to heat, as claims for melted products (e.g., bars, snacks, gummies) will not be accepted.

International Return
Due to the nature of our order preparation process, which involves extensive paperwork, export documentation, and handling, returns are accepted under specific conditions.
If a return is requested and approved:
- Return shipping costs (including any export-related fees) are the responsibility of the customer
- A restocking fee will apply
- All associated costs will be deducted from the final refund
Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review their order before completing their purchase.
If there is an issue with your order (damaged, incorrect item, etc.), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

Free Shipping Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to cases of protein or energy drinks, slim/skinny syrup, or orders with weight over 20lb. Due to weight and carrier surcharges, these items are excluded from free shipping promotions regardless of order total and province.

Exclusions for Refrigerated or Frozen Products: Products requiring freezing are not shipped. Please consider this before placing your order.
- ProBites Shipping: To ensure freshness, ProBites are shipped only from October to May with an included ice pack at no extra cost. Remote area shipments are made at the beginning of the week to avoid weekend storage.Please note that all probite orders are shipped with an ice pack. However, we do not ship refrigerated. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any product melting that may occur due to carrier delays or transit times. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
- Remote areas or oversized packages: Additional charges may apply for rural, remote areas or oversized/heavy shipments. We will contact you by email with details.
- PO Boxes: Subject to additional charges with Canada Post only, depending on size and weight.
Additional Information
- Shipping Times: Note that delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. Orders placed on a Friday will ship the following Monday. Holidays and weekends are not included in the delivery timeline.
- Shipping Restrictions: If your address has shipping restrictions, please notify us before or during purchase. If you are unavailable at delivery, the package will be left in a safe location. Additional fees will apply if no secure spot is available, or if a signature is required.
- Address Changes: Any address change after shipment will incur additional fees based on the destination and delivery method.
- Liability in Case of Theft: Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft. Packages will be left at your door. If you live in an apartment or high-risk area, please request delivery with a signature, which may incur additional fees.
