How to Make Our Crispy Protein-Packed Arancini
Ingredients :
- 112 g (½ bag) Kaizen rice
- 60 g mozzarella (30 g shredded, 30 g cubed)
- 2 tablespoons parmesan
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 bag Sinfit pizza chips
- A few keto crackers (to taste)
Preparation :
- Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
- Add the shredded mozzarella and the parmesan.
- Spread the mixture in a dish and let it cool.
- Crush the crackers and chips together.
- When the rice has reached room temperature, cut it into 6 portions. Flatten each portion in your hand to form a disk, fill it with a mozzarella cube, and close it up to form a ball.
- Coat each ball in flour, then dip it in beaten egg, and finally roll it in the crushed chips and crackers mixture.
