Please be aware that during the winter season, we are not liable for any breakage or damage caused by cold weather conditions, including freezing.

Additionally, items affected by cold weather are excluded from our Vikings Protection coverage. We recommend considering the weather conditions in your region before placing orders, especially if the items are sensitive to cold temperatures.

Please take note: During summer or winter, we are not responsible for frozen or melted items which only occur during dense temperature even with the protection package. We will not accept any claims for melted bars/snack/gummies, etc.

CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Customers can be charged for buying & importing products into their country.

In the event that an international shipment attracts customer duties and taxes, the customer will be required to pay the customs, duties and taxes on the order.

Please note, VIKINGS NUTRITION does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees, and therefore cannot predict which orders these fees will apply to. 

In the event a parcel is unclaimed or duties & taxes are refused and the transport company are unable to contact the customer and redeliver successfully by their cut off timeframe the parcel will be disposed of in the receivers country. Unfortunately, there will be no compensation provided for parcels that are unclaimed or refused after several delivery attempts. If the parcel is returned to sender, return costs incurred by the transporter company will be deducted from the customers store credit amount.

* Free delivery on orders of $99.99 and more does not apply to orders containing Skinny/Slim Syrup, case of drink and any other order over 20 lbs. Additional charges may apply in remote areas.

*Rural/Remote areas/Heavy Packages: Certain locations or size packaging which are determined by our shipping providers do require additional shipping charges. These areas do not qualify for flat rate shipping or free shipping. If this is the case, we will email you before shipping your order.


* * If you place your order on a Friday, your package will be shipped on Monday. Statutory holidays and weekend days are not calculated in the delivery times.

P.O. Box are sent by Canada post only, which will lead to additional charge for your package depending on the size and weight.

When merchandise is returned to the store or by mail, a credit will be returned within 24 hours of receipt of the order. If an order was sent with promotional items, they must be returned with the order for full credit. If your order was sent with an error on our part (bad flavor, bad product, defective products, etc.), the shipping costs will be refunded with the credit.  BE AWARE OF OUR CONDITONS FOR DELIVERY
  • If there are shipping restrictions for your address, please let us know before or at the time of purchase so that we can accommodate your needs. If no one is at the address when delivery is attempted, your delivery driver will leave the package in a secure location. If no secure location is available, or the delivery requires someone to be present, an additional charge will be needed and need to be mention before delivery.

  • Changing the delivery address after shipment will require additional charges. These charges will be determined by the destination, and shipping method.

  • We are not responsible for stolen packages.  Once the item is marked as delivered and the carrier provide a proof of delivery at your door, it is the customers responsibility to make a claim for stolen package at the police.
