I always wear S or even XS for some models as I have very narrow hips, but even there these are way too tight at the waste/butt/hips and they're a size S.
I love the design and material seems of good quality. A little tight on the shoulders so if you're quite built in lats/shoulders would recommend size up.
Love this protein as it is one of the best soluble in water or nut milk. Taste if all three flavors are great.
So glad we can get this product. I and my husband have been taking this product. Helps me get to sleep.
