Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery

Our team is committed to getting your purchase to you fast and at a great price. We have multiple shipping choices available, and if you spend over $99 on one order, shipping is on us (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours (open business day) before it's shipped from our warehouse. Any orders placed after 12 p.m. E.T. will be processed the next business day. If you're getting antsy waiting for your products, just remember that good things take time!

For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, extra shipping charges may apply based on the package's weight.

Wholesale Customers:

Wholesale orders are not eligible for Free Shipping, but wholesale customers can still enjoy heavily discounted rates.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If an item is marked as lost, a claim will be initiated with the shipping provider. You can choose to have your order left at your doorstep, but if the package is stolen and the carrier can prove delivery, we cannot make a claim. To avoid this, it's a good idea to select signature required for delivery. If the customer chooses to use their own carrier, it is their responsibility to file a claim with the appropriate shipping company in order to be reimbursed for the purchase.

Express:

For guaranteed express delivery, choose our express shipping option. Orders placed after 12 PM E.T. on Thursday will be delivered on Monday, while those placed on the weekend will be shipped out on Monday, except on staturory holidays. Express Shipment are only available in Canada.

Damaged or Wrong Items

In rare circumstances, items may sustain damage during shipping, which is unfortunately beyond our control.

If this occurs, please reach out to customer service within 3 business days of receiving your order for assistance. Do not dispose of the damaged product, packaging, or packing slip. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage or any missing items.

If you receive incorrect items, please keep them unopened and promptly contact customer service. To receive a full refund or exchange, notification must be given to customer service within 3 business days of the package's arrival.

 

Credit Card Authorization Form:

In order to protect customers from fraudulent activity, we may request you to complete a credit card authorization form if your order is of high value, and the shipping and billing addresses do not match. We currently accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and money order.

International

BulkSupplements.com is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or broker fees if it is not showing on your receipt at checkout. Taxes and fees will need to be paid by the customer to your local Customs/Broker office.

BulkSupplements.com is not responsible for products that may be banned in your country or have special requirements to clear customs. We ask that you contact your local customs office to verify if the products and sizes you are purchasing can be cleared through customs without special import permits or prescriptions.

If for any reason the package is refused by you or your country, any shipping charge or fees imposed by the shipping carrier to return your order will be deducted from your refund. The original shipping charge is non-refundable.

Any orders abandoned by you, the shipping carrier, or your country for any reason will not be refunded. This includes lack of import permits, prescriptions, or refusal to pay duties, taxes, or broker fees by the customer (when required) or because the item is banned by your country.​

Delivery Time

USPS International First Class shipments may take up to 4-5 weeks. USPS International Priority shipments may take 2-3 weeks.

International shipping normally takes 7-21 working days. In cases where customs processing is slow, delivery may take up to 6 weeks.

Air Shipments will take up to 4 to 5 days transit time, depending on your shipping selection and location. This does not account for customs processing time. In cases where customs processing is slow, delivery may take up to 2 weeks.
