  • 110g light mozzarella
  • 1/3 cup light cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp gochujang (fermented Korean chili paste) or hot sauce to taste
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven: Place the rack in the center of the oven and preheat it to 400°F (200°C).
