  • 1 packet of rice of your choice (I love the lupine one - KAIZEN - KETO HIGH PROTEIN RICE


  1. Cut the salmon into cubes
  2. In a bowl, mix the salmon, 2 tbsp. tablespoon of oil and salmon spice.
  3. Put in the air fryer for 15 min
  4. On a cutting board, cut the vegetables
  5. In a bowl, mix the vegetables with 1 tbsp. table oil, maple syrup or honey, salt and pepper.
  6. Cook the rice of your choice
  7. In a bowl, mix the vegetables, rice and salmon. And it’s ready to serve!
