  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 package of frozen vegetables
  • 1 package extra-lean ground beef
  • 1 jar of tomato and basil sauce
  • 4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp. paprika
  • 2c. italian spice
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 pack of lupine pasta
  • salt and pepper

  2. In a pan, cook the onions in oil over medium heat and add the vegetables
  3. Add the meat
  4. Add the remaining food and simmer for 30 minutes over low heat.
