How to Make Our Protein Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Jello Zero Sugar Instant Pudding – Cheesecake
  • 40 ml Greek yogurt
  • 150g cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg

Crust:

  • 25 ml Honey Nut Catalina Crunch
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, add all ingredients except for the crust ingredients.
  2. Mix everything together with a blender until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, crush the cereal and add the Greek yogurt to prepare the crust mixture.
  4. Spread the crust mixture at the bottom of ramekins, then bake for 5 to 10 minutes at 400°F until golden brown.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the ramekins.
  6. Place the ramekins in a large baking dish and add boiling water to the dish, halfway up the sides of the ramekins.
  7. Bake at 350°F for about 20 to 25 minutes, until the cheesecake is set.
